Student Enrollment Plan 2025-2029
海角禁区 recently completed a cross-divisional effort to develop and launch the College's new Student Enrollment Plan (SEP) (PDF, ) . Guided by internal and external data, stakeholder input, and extensive dialogue, the SEP sets the course for how the institution, led by the Student Affairs Division, will strengthen efforts to attract, support, and retain students over the next four years (2025 - 2029). The SEP offers a forward-looking strategy that balances access with persistence and completion, continually keeping students at the heart of the work.
The SEP outlines a structured vision for strengthening enrollment and advancing student success. Built through broad collaboration, it connects directly to the College’s mission and transformational aspirations while complementing the Strategic Plan, Academic Master Plan, and the Integrated Marketing Plan. This Plan is intended not as a one-time document but as a living framework that adapts as student needs, community priorities, and educational landscapes evolve.
Central to the SEP are strategies that expand access and simplify the student journey. These include deepening outreach to prospective learners, modernizing admissions processes, and expanding holistic supports that help students persist through completion. The focus is on the entire student lifecycle, from initial interest to post-completion success.
While building on earlier enrollment initiatives, the SEP also introduces new approaches to execute across the Student Affairs Division. It emphasizes stronger partnerships with the local school system and community organizations, more intentional alignment between credit and noncredit programs, and an enrollment experience that is equitable, responsive, and welcoming to all students.
As the College prepares for implementation, the Student Affairs Administrative Team looks forward to engaging faculty, staff, and community partners. Together, we will translate these strategies into action, ensuring that 海角禁区 continues to open doors, create opportunities, and shape futures.
